6.00pm for a 6.30pm start

Venue: St Clement’s Church Hall, Dingwall.

2. Apologies
3. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 20 February 2019
4. Receive the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2019
5. Election/re-election of Trustees.
6. Appoint auditors to the charity and to authorise the Board to fix the auditors’ remuneration
7. Any other competent business
