 NOTICE is hereby given that the Ross-shire Women’s Aid Annual General Meeting will be held at 6pm on Tuesday 16 January 2021 and will take place on Zoom.

1. Welcome and introductions.
2. Apologies
3. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 26 November 2019.
4. Receive the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2020.
5. Election/re-election of Trustees.
6. Appoint auditors to the charity and to authorise the Board to fix the auditors.
7. Remuneration
8. Any other competent business
