Quiz Night
We will be holding a Quiz Night on Friday 3rd May from 7.30-9.30pm at the Community Centre in Dingwall.
Come along and show your support and have some fun at the same time - £5.00 per person with no more than teams of 6. There will be a cash prize of £75.00 for the winning team.

Are You Ok? One Women Play about Domestic Abuse
Event for International Women's Day, Come and join us to see how Tracy met Tommy and the impact this had on her and her family and how she was able to access help. This performance by Breeze Productions will explore the help available to those who experience domestic abuse and the impact multi-agency risk assessment conferences can make to those at high risk from abuse. This event will help us all look at what we can do to help end domestic abuse in our communities and the role that we can all play in this

International Women's Day
On Saturday 9th March we held a coffee morning to celebrate International Women's Day.
The event was well attended and those that came along had the chance to get creative and draw or paint their messages of support on t-shirt and canvases

White Ribbon Scotland Survey
White Ribbon Scotland is conducting research into attitudes and masculinity to help us understand what people in Scotland think in relation to violence against women.
To ensure they get meaningful results they need as many people as possible to fill in their survey. The survey only takes a couple of minutes to complete and will be very helpful in their future work.
A few ideas about how you can help us get this out:

• Email your colleagues and friends
• Tweet organisations to get them to send it on to their followers
• Print out the website address and stick it on the wall at work
